Our mission is to deliver unique experiences through high\-quality food that combines flavor and safety.* Cookoa Chocolates is looking for an organized, analytical, hands\-on individual to join our digital team and support e\-commerce and marketplace operations. If you enjoy organization, data, digital platforms, and truly want to learn how a growing e\-commerce business operates, this role is for you. Daily responsibilities include: * Listing and updating products on the website * Adjusting descriptions, images, and technical information * Organizing categories and pages * Supporting implementation of improvements recommended by the marketing team * Monitoring the platform and identifying potential errors or opportunities for improvement * Generating sales, product, and performance reports * Supporting campaign organization (e.g., Black Friday, product launches) * Updating and monitoring products on marketplaces * Ensuring the website remains well\-organized and fully functional The strategic aspects are handled by the marketing team. This role focuses on precise and organized execution.
