Join us in this transformation of the renewable sector in Brazil! **As a Talent Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:** * Conducting recruitment and selection processes (internal and external), using attraction tools, structured interviews, and technical assessments, ensuring the hiring of talents aligned with our culture and challenges; * Planning and executing the admission and onboarding process, providing a welcoming and smooth experience for new employees; * Delivering institutional onboarding programs, presenting our history, values, and initiatives, reinforcing a sense of belonging; * Managing Internship and Apprenticeship programs, ensuring excellence in execution and follow-up; * Facilitating internal training sessions on processes, policies, and behavioral competencies (people skills), promoting team development; * Organizing and monitoring development programs, managing logistics, materials, structure, and certifications; * Availability to live in Florianópolis or its metropolitan region. **Qualifications** We are seeking an engaged and proactive professional with essential skills to prepare our businesses and renewable energy solutions for the future.
