Job Summary: A Toll Operator is responsible for manual toll fee collection, assisting users of automatic lanes, and vehicle signaling, ensuring traffic flow and safety. Key Highlights: 1. More than vehicles travel on our highways — here, we connect people and energize cargo transportation across some of the country's most important economic corridors. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **TOLL OPERATOR**, you will be responsible for: Manually collecting toll fees according to vehicle categories, by identifying, classifying, and serving users to collect the applicable toll fee; Assisting users traveling through automatic lanes in restricted passage situations, by verifying cases of electronic device reading failure for compliant vehicles, vehicles with blocked electronic devices, and vehicles without electronic devices, maintaining radio communication with the toll plaza control center.
