Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Supervisor to manage civil engineering projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards at Quantum Engenharia. Ensures adherence to deadlines and quality standards **Construction Supervisor** We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Construction Supervisor at Quantum Engenharia. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing civil engineering projects, ensuring all project aspects are executed according to established deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. NOTE: Your responsibilities include: * Full management of High-Voltage Substation Projects; * Develop and monitor construction planning; * Define the project execution team; * Conduct critical analysis of projects and technical documentation; * Advance development of the schedule, histogram, cost spreadsheet, procurement plan, cash flow plan, and communication plan; * Define project execution strategies; * Analyze and forward material lists to the Procurement Department, as well as define procurement criteria; * Issue Purchase Requests; * Issue Contractor Contracts; * Monitor and ensure compliance with deadlines defined during planning; * Validate all project costs and expenses within your approval scope; * Monitor all project execution costs; * Manage all client communications; * Conduct weekly critical analysis of the plan and implement necessary corrections to maintain the original plan; * Develop an action plan to eliminate/mitigate deviations from the original plan; * Prepare measurement spreadsheets for contracts under your management; * Issue measurements for Contractor Contracts; * Prepare contract measurements; * Prepare revenue forecasts for projects under your management; * Submit employee lists from your projects biweekly to DT’s administrative support; * Inform DT’s administrative support about which contractors provided services each month; * Develop and follow a site visit schedule; * Prepare and register ARTs (Technical Responsibility Annotations) for projects under your management; * Enforce employee use of PPE and uniforms; * Prepare certificates for contracts under your management; * Close out projects with a completion certificate free of outstanding items and signed by the client.
