Job Summary: Professional responsible for restocking, storing, and organizing merchandise, ensuring product quality and customer service, with a focus on perishable items. Key Highlights: 1. Restock and store merchandise according to store layout; .Check product expiration dates, packaging, and condition, removing unsuitable items; .Keep counters, shelves, display islands, and cold rooms clean and organized; .Apply the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) method for expiration date control; .Verify prices, labels, and promotions according to updated lists; .Assist in receiving and inspecting merchandise, including unloading using hydraulic equipment; .Transport and store products from the warehouse and cold rooms, respecting load limits; .Package meats, deli items, and similar products following hygiene and food safety standards; .Set up additional displays and support promoters; .Assist with returns, inventory counts, and stock control; .Serve customers when necessary, with courtesy and attention. **Requirements:** . Completed elementary education; . Prior experience with perishables (butchery, deli, or dairy); . Basic knowledge of food storage, preservation, and handling; . Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; .
