Relationship development and opportunity identification Internal Sales Representative Location: Rua Henrique de Rego Almeida, 211 – Jardim Eldorado – Palhoça/SC Employment Type: CLT (permanent contract) Job Description An automotive sector company is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to handle sales and customer relationship management, focusing on the commercialization of lubricants and filters from exclusive brands such as ELF, TOTAL, VALVOLINE, among others, in Santa Catarina. Key Responsibilities Conduct sales focused on the company's products Strengthen customer relationships Prospect new customers and maintain an active customer portfolio Manage the customer portfolio and identify new business opportunities Engage in sales and after\-sales activities * Working Hours Monday to Friday From 7:50 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:08 PM Requirements: Requirements Completed high school education 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial roles Strong verbal and written communication skills Organization, discipline, and proactivity Creativity and good interpersonal skills Commitment and engagement with goals and results Adaptability to company policies and processes Driver's license (car or motorcycle) Benefits Transportation allowance or fuel voucher (no deduction) Meal/food allowance (only 2% deduction) Group life insurance (after probation period) Health plan with co-payment (after probation period)
