Our expertise is human, alive, and through it, we welcome and empower people both inside and outside the company.**Your challenge on the team:** Transform data into actionable insights that guide strategic Product and Engineering decisions, driving results and continuous evolution of RD Station’s services. **Your key deliverables:** * Lead complex analytical projects, applying advanced business, product, and statistical knowledge. * Evaluate the impact of Product initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic KPIs. * Act as a strategic partner to teams, generating hypotheses and identifying non\-obvious opportunities. * Manage high\-level stakeholders, building trust\-based relationships and influencing decisions with data. * Anticipate business needs by proposing analyses that support decisions even before they are requested. * Mentor other analysts, developing both technical and behavioral skills and elevating the team’s overall capability. * Deeply understand the company’s strategy and translate it into data\-driven recommendations. **Profile we seek:** * Experience in SaaS companies. * Experience working directly with digital products. * Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines. * Mastery of BI concepts, including ETL, data manipulation, and visualization. * Proficiency in SQL and advanced spreadsheet usage (Excel or Google Sheets). * Experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery (query writing and optimization). * Ability to transform data into clear, actionable, decision\-oriented visualizations. * Solid knowledge of statistical techniques applied to complex problems, such as causal analysis, correlation, forecasting, and time series analysis. **Nice to have:** * Experience using no\-code tools and/or AI solutions to solve real business problems, automate processes, or generate insights. **Selection process steps:** * **Application** \- Submission of application; * **Mindsight** – Work style assessment; * **Talent Acquisition** \- Competency\-based interview with the recruitment team; * **Technical Challenge** – Technical skills evaluation test; * **Technical Interview** \- Technical interview to discuss job requirements; * **Final Interview** \- Final conversation with management for alignment; * **Offer** \- Final stage of the selection process, presenting the employment proposal. **Note:** Additional or modified stages may occur depending on process requirements.
