Indicium AI is seeking a Training and Development Intern to join the Indicium AI Academy — our education platform for Data & Artificial Intelligence. This person will support relationship-building, engagement, and development within our community of professionals, contributing to an active, inclusive, and market-relevant learning experience. They will also support initiatives connecting talent with internal and external opportunities, reinforcing Indicium AI’s talent development and attraction strategies. This role requires initiative, strong communication skills, and interest in education, technology, data, and artificial intelligence. We seek someone eager to learn, contribute fresh ideas, and help strengthen our community’s experience. **Responsibilities** --------------------- ### **Community Engagement and Relationship Building** * Engage daily with students of the Indicium AI Academy. * Support questions, interactions, and encourage community participation. * Deliver a positive and engaging experience throughout students’ learning journeys. * Reinforce a sense of community and belonging within the Academy. ### **Talent Development and Connection** * Identify high-potential students, understand their interests and career stages, and track their progress. * Support initiatives connecting talent with internal and external opportunities, contributing to Indicium AI’s talent development and attraction strategies. * Collaborate on community actions focused on careers and professional development. ### **Communication, Promotion, and Community Growth** * Support promotion and growth initiatives for the Indicium AI Academy, helping expand the community and connect with new students. * Assist in organizing events, campaigns, and engagement activities for the Academy. * Support creation of community-facing content, social media posts, marketing emails, and short content pieces highlighting the Academy’s value. ### **Continuous Improvement of the Experience** * Collect community feedback. * Support engagement and participation analytics. * Contribute ideas and improvements to programs and students’ learning experiences. **Requirements** -------------- * Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in fields such as Business Administration, Social Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, or related disciplines. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Interpersonal Skills: Comfort and enthusiasm in communicating and interacting with diverse individuals and building relationships. * Proactivity and Curiosity: Strong desire to learn, propose new ideas, and take initiative.
