If you enjoy challenges, join our successful team! **Responsibilities and Duties:** Assist in production processes as required by the respective department, following established standards and operational procedures. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate manual and low-complexity equipment (e.g., sanders, drills, screwdrivers, grinders, soldering irons, bench drills, etc.); * Manufacture components and parts, adhering to required procedures; * Perform manual finishing on parts used in equipment production; * Verify requirements listed on production cards; * Organize materials; * Inspect part quality visually and by measuring dimensions, according to technical drawings; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of machines and equipment used; * Observe and comply with technical, administrative, management, safety, and environmental regulations; * Actively participate in programs aimed at improving products, processes, services, and the environment; * Keep the workplace clean and organized; * Follow procedures according to the current production system; * Perform other related tasks within your area of responsibility, as required by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Education:** High school diploma. **Knowledge:** Technical drawing (reading and interpretation); Metrology; Company’s production system (Lean manufacturing).
