We are seeking a professional to join our team as VIRTUAL RECEPTION TECHNICAL SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES Contact customers and installation technicians to schedule tracker installations. Support installation technicians in scheduling maintenance services and retrieving trackers. Assist users with the vehicle tracking system, simplifying their user journey. Provide proactive and reactive customer support, appropriately routing inquiries to the relevant internal departments. Perform other duties as outlined in Work Instructions (WI). **DESIRED COMPETENCIES:** Prior experience in customer service or administration is preferred; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proactivity and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks; **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Completed high school education; Proficiency in internet usage, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and communication; **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **LOCATION:** NOSSA SENHORA DO ROSÁRIO / SÃO JOSÉ **COMPENSATION:** R$ 2\.607,40 **BENEFITS:** Meal allowance of R$ 40.00 per day, with 20% deduction Transportation voucher (6% deduction); 7% attendance bonus (no absences) After the 90-day probation period, you will be eligible for partnerships with educational institutions, health insurance, and dental plans If you are interested in this position, please send your resume.
