Contract negotiation and service provision QUOTATION ANALYST / ESTIMATOR We are hiring a professional to work in the machinery and equipment quotation and negotiation department. Job Description: Handle internal demands related to sourcing new suppliers of machinery and equipment for potential acquisitions, developing new partnership and negotiation fronts with suppliers. Main Responsibilities: * Address internal demands to identify suppliers; * Analyze requested products and identify suppliers meeting company requirements; * Execute and monitor all stages of the quotation process; * Verify conformity of products offered by suppliers; * Conduct negotiations with suppliers; * Provide administrative support to other departments when required. Requirements: * Knowledge of quotation and negotiation processes; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong communication skills and proactive attitude.
