Promote continuous improvement and process automation. **JOB: OPERATIONS COORDINATOR** **ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT** The Operations Department is responsible for ensuring quality, productivity, and regulatory compliance in healthcare regulation-related processes. We operate strategically to guarantee workflow efficiency, adherence to deadlines, and continuous improvement of key indicators. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate supervisors and operational teams (nursing and administration). * Ensure compliance with SLAs, productivity, performance targets, and revenue control. * Monitor service volume, targets, and trends, identifying risks or opportunities. * Support target definition per team and service profile, aligned with departmental guidelines. * Conduct meetings with operational and results-oriented clients, presenting indicators and improvements. * Monitor dashboards, correct deviations, and act upon operational and financial indicators. * Standardize processes and support automation and continuous improvement initiatives. * Manage people management indicators (1:1 meetings, PDIs, performance evaluations). * Train and develop supervisors, fostering a culture of excellence and ownership. * Serve as the liaison between operations and support departments (BI, Quality, Medical Reviewer). **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience as an operational supervisor or coordinator. * Knowledge of regulatory workflows and performance indicators (SLA, ANS, NPS, productivity). * Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and execution focus. * Experience in managing operational targets and financial indicators (preferred). * Effective communication across diverse departments and technical profiles. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Dental Plan; * Unimed Health Plan; * Bradesco Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * WellHub (Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Alura Platform (+1500 courses); * Partnership with FarmaSesi and Sesc; * Open English Partnership; * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR). **WORK LOCATION** Rod.
