You will be responsible for keeping our space consistently functional, safe, and welcoming for the entire team. **Key Responsibilities:** Supervise cleaning, maintenance, pantry, and security services; Manage infrastructure vendors and contracts; Request and monitor building repairs and minor fixes; Control inventory of supplies (office materials, hygiene items, etc.); Support employee well-being and comfort initiatives; Ensure proper usage and organization of physical spaces. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Completed high school education; Prior experience in Facilities or administrative roles; Strong communication and vendor negotiation skills; Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail; Keen focus on workplace well-being. **Preferred Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in administrative or logistics-related fields. **General Opportunity Information:** Contracted as an Individual Entrepreneur (PJ); **Contractual Compensation:** BRL 6,000–8,000 Contractual bonus; On-site work; Monday to Friday — 8-hour workday; Fully equipped kitchen; Fresh fruits and natural juices available daily; Birthday day off; Year-end break; We are located in the Estreito neighborhood — Florianópolis.
