Job Summary: Koopere is seeking a DevOps Infrastructure Analyst (Mid/Senior) to lead infrastructure modernization, including Kubernetes migration and implementation. Key Highlights: 1. Work on a strategic infrastructure modernization project 2. Lead the migration to Kubernetes (on-premises and EKS on AWS) 3. Build and maintain a Continuous Delivery pipeline Koopere has an opportunity for a DevOps Infrastructure Analyst (Mid/Senior) to work on a strategic infrastructure modernization project. We are initiating our Kubernetes migration journey. The professional will be a key player in this transformation, involved from Kubernetes planning through implementation. **Main Responsibilities:** * On-premises Kubernetes for DEV, QA, and Staging environments; * Kubernetes on EKS on AWS for Production; * Building the CD (Continuous Delivery) pipeline; * Leading the Kubernetes on-prem (DEV/QA/Staging) and EKS on AWS (Production) implementation project, including documentation and operational standards; * Defining and implementing the application deployment model on Kubernetes (standardization for microservices and monoliths); * Planning and executing the migration of current systems to Kubernetes/EKS, covering both microservice and monolithic applications; * Building and maintaining the CD (Continuous Delivery) pipeline, covering all delivery lifecycle environments: DEV → QA → Staging → Production; * Standardizing the deployment process across all company systems, ensuring traceability, automation, and security at each stage; * Managing infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible; * Administering and optimizing AWS services used by the company (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Route53, ALB, CloudWatch, ECS, EKS); * Implementing and maintaining environment monitoring and observability (metrics, logs, and alerts); * Actively collaborating with development and architecture teams to adopt DevOps best practices, promoting a culture of automation and continuous improvement; * Evaluating and proposing new technologies for ongoing infrastructure and DevOps process evolution. **Technical Skills Required:** * Proven advanced experience with Linux (server administration, shell scripting, troubleshooting); * Proven intermediate/advanced experience with AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, Route53, CloudWatch); * Proven advanced experience with Docker and containerization; * Proven intermediate/advanced experience with CI/CD — focus on building and maintaining CD (Continuous Delivery) pipelines covering multiple environments (DEV, QA, Staging, Production); * Proven intermediate experience with Kubernetes (K8s) — on-premises and/or EKS; * Proven experience migrating applications to containers and orchestration — microservices and/or monoliths; * Proven intermediate/advanced experience with Git and GitLab applied to infrastructure and delivery processes; * Intermediate knowledge of Ansible for configuration automation and provisioning; * Intermediate knowledge of Monitoring and Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch); * Intermediate knowledge of programming/scripting with Python or Go; * Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Candidates should have technical English proficiency for reading documentation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proven experience migrating workloads to Kubernetes/EKS in production environments; * Experience building CD pipelines for multiple environments and application types (microservices and monoliths); * Experience with Helm Charts for managing and standardizing Kubernetes deployments; * Experience with GitOps practices (ArgoCD, Flux, or similar); * Knowledge of container and cloud security (IAM, secrets management, Kubernetes best practices); * CKA or CKAD certification (Certified Kubernetes Administrator/Developer); * AWS Solutions Architect or AWS DevOps Engineer certification; * Completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * More than 3 years of experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. **Benefits for Cooperatives:** Higher monthly liquidity Less bureaucracy Nationwide health insurance plan Nationwide dental insurance plan Life insurance Partnerships and discounts with psychologists, hotel chains, educational institutions, language schools, and more!
