




The Colégio Catarinense of the Jesuit Educational Network seeks a new professional for its team to fill the position of **Asset and Infrastructure Analyst**, to work at its Florianópolis/SC Center. **Responsibilities and duties:** * Develop, analyze, and monitor internal and external construction and renovation projects; * Plan and inspect the execution of construction and renovation works; * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities (electrical, hydraulic, structural, communication, and security systems); * Arrange and manage documentation required for project approvals by public authorities; * Control and update technical documentation (ARTs, permits, licenses, Certificates of Occupancy, maintenance manuals, blueprints and specifications, records, and deeds); * Conduct technical surveys and inspections to assess risks, costs, and schedules; * Manage contracts and service providers for engineering, maintenance, and infrastructure services; * Support Management in analyzing, prioritizing, and executing architectural and complementary structural projects; * Ensure compliance with ABNT standards, occupational safety regulations, and current legislation; * Participate in budgeting and cost control processes for construction and maintenance activities; * Integrate information into the College’s asset management system, coordinating with Accounting and Procurement departments; * Contribute to sustainability and energy efficiency plans, proposing continuous improvements; * Perform other related activities in asset and infrastructure management. **Requirements and qualifications:** Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering. Prior experience in the field.
