Job Summary: Develop product designs, perform mechanical sizing and simulation, and prepare technical documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Development of product designs for internal and external use 2. Focused attention, analytical capability, and results-oriented mindset Design Engineer Position \* Receive product requests, analyze orders, and discuss material, geometry, and aesthetics; \* Provide item list for quotation preparation; \* Develop product designs for internal and external use; \* Perform mechanical sizing; \* Conduct structural simulation; \* Generate final product report; \* Detail product specifications for manufacturing; \* Prepare technical documentation for production and technical support; \* Register new products in the system; \* Program laser cutting machines; \* Relay production information to PCP (Production Control Planning); \* Identify, analyze, and resolve compatibility issues; \* Evaluate available technologies, research new ones, and integrate them into processes; \* Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the role.
