




**Job Summary:** The Territory Manager will be responsible for overall XPEL product sales within their assigned territory. This professional will work with both dealerships and independent installers—or a combination of both—depending on the local market’s potential. The automotive market covered includes the automotive aftermarket segment—encompassing automotive film installers (window films, PPF), automotive detailing studios, franchises, and independent professional installers—as well as new vehicle dealerships. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and expand sales within the designated territory, focusing on achieving or exceeding growth targets. * Actively engage in field sales, spending approximately 50% of time on-site with current and potential customers. * Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships. * Monitor and analyze customers’ product usage to identify opportunities for introducing new products and maximizing revenue. * Manage and develop commercial relationships, providing regular management reports as required. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and support through various channels (email, phone, online presentations, screen sharing, and in-person meetings). * Conduct market analysis and develop strategies for acquiring and winning new customers. * Follow up on sales leads, collaborating with the Sales Administration team to ensure efficient integration and onboarding of new customers. * Work closely with Store Managers and Lead Installers to ensure seamless coordination between sales and operations. * Identify new growth opportunities by developing strategic initiatives and proactive actions. * Stay updated on automotive industry trends and innovations by participating in internal training, reading industry publications, and expanding professional networks. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (or equivalent experience). * Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of results. * Proactive, highly motivated, and organized personality. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Strong negotiation and customer relationship management capabilities. * Willingness to travel (approximately 50%). * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Residence within the designated territory. * Ability to make sound decisions with focus on customer service, safety, and deadline adherence. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
