




**JOB MISSION** Ensure sales growth through active team leadership, development of commercial strategies, daily results monitoring, and strengthening individual and collective performance, aligned with company goals. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\. Team Management** * Lead the sales team (internal and/or external). * Monitor daily individual and collective targets. * Conduct alignment meetings, feedback sessions, and performance follow-ups. * Ensure team discipline, commitment, productivity, and focus. **2\. Commercial Strategy and Planning** * Create and implement strategies to increase sales and reduce churn. * Develop sales campaigns, weekly/monthly targets, and action plans. * Analyze key metrics (conversion rate, CAC, average ticket, leads, churn). * Perform opportunity mapping and customer segmentation (new and existing). **3\. Training and Development** * Teach sales techniques, customer approach, handling objections, and closing. * Train the team on products, packages, promotions, and company differentiators. * Monitor customer interactions for technical and behavioral assessment. * Create scripts, routines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales department. **4\. Operations and Performance Accountability** * Enforce performance expectations firmly and professionally. * Monitor CRM, sales funnels, leads, and follow-ups. * Ensure compliance with sales processes and service quality standards. * Track deadlines, contracts, and departmental indicators. **5\. Reporting and Interface with Management** * Prepare weekly and monthly reports with strategic data. * Present results and action plans to management/leadership. * Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Support, and Warehouse departments. **REQUIREMENTS** **Mandatory** * Experience in sales team leadership. * Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques. * Skills in goal and indicator management. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Knowledge of sales tools. **Desirable** * Experience in the telecom/internet sector. * Knowledge of sales strategies and sales funnel management. * Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
