**Opportunity for a Corporate Controller and Accounting Manager based in Florianópolis/SC.** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure timely, high-quality, and accurate delivery of project financial reporting in accordance with contractual deadlines; * Identify the Institute’s legal and contractual obligations to guide operational activities and minimize risks; * Serve as the technical interface with accounting service providers, independent auditors, and other parties involved in the management’s processes; * Participate in strategic planning regarding administrative defenses, responses to regulatory agencies, and internal controls; * Ensure data and results are generated accurately, reliably, transparently, and securely—safeguarding the organization’s assets, brand, and public image; * Guarantee workflows that support adherence to sound accounting practices; * Monitor and track economic/financial indicators; * Periodically report to the Executive Board and Board of Directors on the Institute’s financial condition (results) and compliance status of financial reporting. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Knowledge of both public and private accounting, with emphasis on financial reporting for management contracts; * Proficiency in current tax and fiscal legislation (ISS, ICMS, IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, withholding taxes, etc.); * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Ability to read and interpret public contracts and tender documents. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in Third Sector organizations; * Postgraduate degree in a relevant field. **Working Hours:** Business hours. **Location:** Florianópolis/SC **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ) **Follow us on social media:** https://www.linkedin.com/company/plenna-capacità-consultoria @plenna.capacita Job Type: Full-time Compensation: BRL 12,000.00 – BRL 15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts Screening Questions: * Are you available to work onsite in the Estreito neighborhood? * What is your expected salary? * How many years of experience do you have performing the duties described in this role? * What was your most recent compensation?
