Develop and implement the Supply Chain strategy aligned with corporate goals of growth, profitability, and sustainability. Prepare and manage the department's budget, monitoring operational costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Analyze and optimize end-to-end logistics processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvements. Manage demand planning and define inventory policies, ensuring adequate supply without excess. Lead strategic procurement management, from supplier sourcing through negotiation and contracting, both national and international. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, seeking strategic partnerships and favorable commercial terms. Ensure supplier compliance with the company's quality, ethics, and sustainability standards. Coordinate product transportation and distribution, optimizing routes, selecting logistics operators, and tracking shipments. Manage distribution centers and warehouses, aiming for maximum efficiency in receiving, storing, and shipping goods. Ensure products are delivered on time and with the required quality. Supervise and control inventory levels using management systems (ERP) and inventory techniques to minimize losses and obsolescence. Conduct periodic audits to ensure inventory data accuracy. Lead, motivate, and develop the Supply Chain team (including Procurement, Warehousing, Production Planning, and Logistics). Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ensure effective communication and alignment with other departments such as Sales, Production, and Finance. Implement and use technological tools such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TOTVS), WMS, and Power BI to enhance management and decision-making. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area, such as OTIF (on\-time, in\-full), inventory accuracy, and logistics cost. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Production, Mechanical), Logistics, Foreign Trade, or related fields. Experience in all areas of the Supply Chain (procurement, logistics, inventory, etc.).
