Job Description The Production Assistant will support activities in the metallurgical sector, ensuring the flow of product manufacturing and assembly. Responsibilities include preparing materials, organizing the work environment, assisting machine operators, and performing basic tasks such as cutting, drilling, sanding, and handling metal parts. Main Responsibilities * Assist in operating cutting, bending, and welding machines and equipment; * Support in assembling and preparing metal parts; * Perform cleaning, organization, and maintenance of the production area; * Sort and identify materials according to production orders; * Transport parts and products within the department; * Follow safety, quality, and internal procedures. Requirements * Completed elementary education (high school preferred); * Must reside in São José or near the Sertão do Maruim neighborhood; * Previous experience in the metallurgical industry is a plus; * Availability to work in a team and in an industrial environment; * Commitment, organization, and responsibility; * Basic knowledge of hand tools and measurements. Working Hours * Monday to Thursday: 07:30 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 18:00 * Friday: 07:30 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 17:00 Compensation and Benefits * Base salary: BRL 1,980.00 * Hazardous duty allowance: BRL 303.60 * Meal/food allowance; * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Opportunities for growth and internal training.
