Technical and administrative support to the responsible engineer. **CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT** **Job Description:** . Monitor construction progress, ensuring deadlines, quality, and safety; . Prepare quantity and cost spreadsheets for budgetary control; . Manage purchase orders, material and equipment receipt, and storage; . Assist in organizing the construction site and maintaining workplace cleanliness; . Perform minor maintenance on equipment, tools, and machinery; . Support the responsible engineer in technical and administrative tasks; . Verify invoices, prepare schedules, and conduct measurements; . Negotiate with and monitor suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards. **Requirements:** . Technical qualification in Building Construction or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; . Experience in civil construction, with emphasis on field construction (construction site); . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; . Familiarity with Sienge system is desirable; . Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; . Personal vehicle for travel between company locations is desirable; .
