Job Summary:
This professional will provide technical and administrative support for civil construction projects, covering procurement management, contracts, documentation, quality control, and safety.

**Responsibilities**
* Support procurement management for construction materials, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment within budget and specification requirements.
* Assist the resident engineer in drafting contracts, as well as organizing, verifying, and recording monthly contractor measurements.
* Report any discrepancies to the Supply Department and monitor surplus or shortage of construction materials.
* Register purchase requests for the Supply Department.
* Accompany the resident engineer during inspections of completed work, contributing to quality and compliance control.
* Organize and manage construction site documentation, including contracts, permits, Inspection Sheets (IS), Material Verification Sheets (MVS), and addenda.
* Control distribution and updates of construction drawings, record personnel holding documents, and perform replacements upon revisions.
* Assist in implementing actions outlined in the PCMAT (Occupational Safety Management Plan) and PCMSO (Occupational Health Management Plan), supporting safety and health routines on-site.
* Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment to ensure full operational functionality.
* Support administrative tasks on-site by verifying invoices and contractor documentation.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Technical or undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Experience in civil construction projects, particularly in technical and administrative support roles.
* Experience in supply control, measurement processing, contract management, and technical documentation.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Basic knowledge of quality control and compliance verification for executed services.
* Familiarity with PCMAT and PCMSO.
* Knowledge of procurement processes and construction material control.
* Proficiency in document registration and organization tools (spreadsheets, ERP systems, etc.).

Compensation: Up to R$4.500,00 per month
