See the main responsibilities:** * Promote the technical evaluation and validation of energy management strategies and projects through the preparation of technical reports, low-voltage electrical installation projects, telecommunications projects, sound systems projects, structured cabling projects, lightning protection systems (SPDA), among others; * Support the Maintenance Department by managing electrical engineering-related processes, from initial analysis through execution; * Ensure energy availability across all business units and expansion initiatives through the development and implementation of electrical engineering projects; * Ensure compliance with the area’s technical specifications through the preparation of documentation and technical reports for electrical systems and equipment used; * Contribute to the planning and control of engineering projects through technical reports specific to the area of operation; * Support the availability of resources and solutions in energy management by identifying optimization opportunities, analyzing new technologies, conducting benchmarking research, etc.; * Conduct research on new equipment and technology suppliers through benchmarking, proposing solutions that meet business needs. **What we expect from our Electrical Engineer:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with active registration at the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy (CREA); * Willingness to reside in São José/SC; * Willingness to travel; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Intermediate AutoCAD skills; * Project design experience; * Experience in managing and executing commercial construction projects; * Knowledge of Microsoft Project is desirable. **Our purpose is to be a great place to spend your life—keeping that in mind, we offer:** * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Annual bonus based on results delivery; * Life insurance; * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance; * Social support; * Special discounts for purchases at our retail networks.
