Responsibilities: Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and suitable work environment; prepare sewing machines, materials, and sewing samples, ensuring proper equipment operation and adjustment; operate sewing machines in the mass assembly of garment pieces, following technical quality and safety standards; perform sewing of vests and other assigned garments, ensuring quality standards; conduct inspections during and after sewing, correcting possible defects and ensuring product compliance; contribute to departmental organization, maintaining equipment and workplace conditions. **Requirements:** Mandatory Requirement: Minimum experience in sewing; Education: Completed High School. Competencies: Skills: Attention to detail; organization; teamwork; effective communication; empathy; ability to work on production lines; ability to work under pressure; fine motor coordination and manual dexterity. Knowledge: Operation of straight-stitch, overlock, and banding sewing machines, among others; reading and interpreting patterns and technical sheets; quality standards, occupational safety regulations, and good organizational practices; basic knowledge of fabrics, threads, and accessories used in production processes.
