Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Operational Assistant to support the setup, teardown, and transportation of equipment for events, collaborating with the technical team. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an **Operational Assistant** to directly support the setup and teardown of technical structures such as LED panels and TVs, as well as other event-related equipment, plus equipment transportation and on-site technical team support during events. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in assembling and disassembling LED panels, mounts, and technical structures; * Support installation and removal of TVs, mounts, and accessories; * Transport equipment to responsible technicians carefully and attentively; * Organize and maintain materials used at events; * Assist in loading and unloading equipment onto company vehicles; * Collaborate with operational and technical teams as required by event needs. **Candidate Profile:** * A **dynamic, willing, eager-to-learn**, and growth-oriented individual; * Commitment to schedules, deadlines, and organization; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Good physical condition for lifting and moving equipment; * **Requirements:** + Completed high school education; + Availability to work variable hours (including weekends, according to event schedules); + Willingness to travel; + **Driver’s License Category B — MINIMUM** + Driver’s License Category D (Desirable) + Prior experience in events, setup, or logistics (not mandatory).
