Job Summary: The Energy Management Analyst provides operational support to the Distributed Generation Specialist, ensuring customer follow-up and interface with distribution utilities. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of the energy credit balance database and tracking of consumption and generation by consumer units (UCs). 2. Preparation of allocation spreadsheets and monthly billing reconciliation. 3. Interaction with internal teams and continuous improvement of distributed generation (DG) processes. The Energy Management Analyst will serve as operational support to the Distributed Generation Specialist, ensuring daily monitoring of customer portfolios, data accuracy regarding consumption and generation, and proper interface with electricity distribution utilities. Responsibilities include maintaining updated billing, allocation, and energy credit balance processes, as well as opening and monitoring technical/commercial tickets with utility companies. **Function and Responsibilities** * Monitor customers' energy credit balance and flag deviations or expiration risks; * Track consumption, generation, and compensation of UCs via internal systems and utility portals, ensuring data consistency; * Prepare energy credit allocation spreadsheets among beneficiary units, adhering to contracts and regulatory rules; * Issue, verify, and reconcile monthly billing (energy, power plant leasing, and services) in coordination with the Power Plant team; * Open and monitor tickets with distribution utilities (e.g., change of account holder, bill corrections, metering adjustments); * Generate periodic performance reports (kWh generated, % compensated, credit balance KPIs) for customers and internal leadership; * Support the DG Specialist in analyses related to power plant allocation, portfolio expansion, and regulatory efficiency projects; * Maintain an updated database (contracts, installation numbers, connection deadlines) to ensure traceability and compliance; * Interact with internal teams (Commercial, Customer Service, Finance) to clarify operational queries and align customer requests; * Participate in the continuous improvement of DG processes by proposing automations and standardizations to reduce errors and increase productivity; * Monitor customer billing and energy balance; * Provide support for other departmental activities; **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; * Preferred: Advanced Excel skills, programming knowledge, familiarity with the energy market; Benefits * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree
