Job Summary: A Facilities professional focused on contract management, budgeting, and process optimization to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Contract and supplier management 2. Operational cost optimization and productivity improvement 3. Primary escalation point for the client **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary escalation point for the local client, ensuring alignment and high-quality service delivery. * Manage supplier contracts, ensuring SLA compliance, scope control, performance reviews, and implementation of improvements. * Develop, monitor, and control the operational budget for facilities, identifying variances, cost-saving opportunities, and efficiency gains. * Ensure execution of the preventive maintenance plan, promoting standardization and system reliability. * Implement programs and processes that reduce operational costs and increase productivity in both the short and long term. * Support audits, compliance assessments, training, and other corporate initiatives, ensuring application across the regional portfolio. * Coordinate move, add, and change (MAC) activities, as well as support FF\&E projects and capital investments. * Prepare and deliver portfolio management reports as required by the client. * Manage the financial planning cycle: annual budget and quarterly forecasts. **Requirements** * Intermediate English and/or Spanish; * Experience in Facilities coordination or leadership, with strong emphasis on contract management; * Preferred experience in technology companies. **Education and Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Architecture / Business Administration; Intermediate English and/or Spanish; Full Microsoft Office suite proficiency. **Salary \+ Benefits:** VT OR VR AUTO, VA, VR, MEDICAL PLAN, DENTAL PLAN, AND TOTALPASS. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 08:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Location:** Florianópolis City Center \- SC Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Education allowance * Company mobile phone * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration? * What is your level of proficiency in English and Spanish? * Do you have experience leading Facilities teams?
