Sales-Driven Marketing (Primary Deliverable of This Role)** * Collaborate closely with the Commercial Team / House / Real Estate Agencies to understand their needs and respond with rapid, effective solutions. * Master the sales funnel (CPL, CAC, leads, conversion), identifying and addressing gaps at each stage. * Develop initiatives and strategies to generate demand, qualify leads, and contribute to VGV growth. **2. Campaigns, Launches, and Commercial Initiatives** * Plan, execute, and monitor promotional, institutional, and launch campaigns for multiple developments simultaneously—each with its own identity, strategy, and calendar. * Organize events, activations, and commercial initiatives aligned with each product’s objectives. * Ensure communication resonates with the target audience, reflects the brand positioning, and aligns with each development’s commercial context. * Measure results (KPIs, ROI, conversion) and propose continuous improvements. **3. Digital, Performance, and Platforms** * Lead digital strategy: social media, paid traffic, RD Station, CRM, portals, and content. * Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize analytics, automate routine tasks, and accelerate content creation, strategy development, and material production. * Monitor performance and customer behavior metrics to guide tactical adjustments. * Track competitors, market trends, dashboards, and reports to maintain up-to-date insights and enable swift decision-making. 4. Branding, Communication, and Positioning * Ensure Scire’s brand consistency across all materials, channels, and campaigns. * Review and approve creative assets and communication calendars. * Strengthen institutional positioning and represent the brand at events and interactions (internal and external). **5. Leadership, Processes, and Department Management** * Lead the Marketing team, ensuring pace, organization, and quality in deliverables. * Structure and evolve departmental processes, routines, controls, and KPIs. * Plan and manage the department’s budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation. * Manage vendors, agencies, partners, and the Marketing budget. **6. Content, Materials, and Production** * Draft clear briefs and guide creatives to ensure technical quality and visual coherence. * Supervise production of digital assets, printed materials, videos, and presentations. * Validate commercial and institutional materials for brokers, partners, and events. **7.
