We seek a strategic and technically skilled professional for the Procurement area, responsible for optimizing acquisition processes, reducing costs, and ensuring the best cost-benefit ratio for the organization—with focus on civil engineering and environmental projects. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead end-to-end Strategic Sourcing processes * Conduct Spend Analysis to identify opportunities * Negotiate contracts with suppliers of raw materials, services, and engineering materials * Develop and qualify strategic suppliers * Prepare RFI, RFQ, and RFP documents * Support projects with technical expertise in civil construction and sustainability * Monitor supplier performance KPIs *(SRM)* * Ensure compliance with ESG policies and environmental licensing requirements **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Experience in Strategic Sourcing Experience in Spend Analysis **Desirable** Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (preferred) Knowledge of Environmental Engineering (preferred) Postgraduate degree/MBA in Supply Chain, Procurement Management, or related fields *(preferred)* Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing and Spend Analysis in the engineering sector **Additional Information** WHAT WE OFFER: Health Insurance (Bradesco or Unimed); Dental Insurance (Bradesco Dental); Meal Voucher and Food Allowance (Ticket Restaurante) or On-site Cafeteria (varies by location) Wellhub (Gympass); Veolia Cares: program supporting employee physical and financial well-being.
