Strong knowledge of masonry, reinforcement, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, finishes, and site layout. What to expect in your daily activities: * Assist in managing construction schedules; * Read and interpret masonry, formwork, and reinforcement drawings; * Coordinate directly employed and/or outsourced labor teams; * Delegate, monitor, and receive services performed by directly employed and/or outsourced labor teams; * Analyze the entire project construction together with the Construction Foreman; * Guide the proper setup of the construction site to improve workplace organization; * Work together with technical staff to estimate required materials and request supplies from the warehouse; * Instruct sector employees on correct task execution, monitoring their performance; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Ensure that teams under your supervision properly use PPE; * Prevent material waste; * Keep superiors informed about project progress; * Perform site layout tasks. 2511160202461610589
