Opportunity for a **Treasury and Financial Compliance Coordinator** position based in Florianópolis/SC. **Responsibilities:** * **Manage Daily Cash Flow:** Supervise cash operations, forecasting inflows (receipts) and outflows (payments) to ensure sufficient liquidity for fulfilling all obligations of the OS. * **Prepare Cash Flow Projections:** Build short-, medium-, and long-term models considering the specificities of public funding transfers, management contracts, and agreements to support strategic decision-making by the Finance Directorate. * **Financial Resources Management:** Control and monitor banking limits, financial investments (if applicable), and perform optimized management of bank accounts per project/contract. * **Strategic Reconciliation:** Coordinate complete bank reconciliations, ensuring full alignment between bank statements and accounting and payment records in the ERP system. * **Lead Payment Cycle:** Coordinate the receipt, organization, and verification of all supplier and service provider payment processes. * **Ensure Tax Compliance:** Guarantee **strict compliance** of invoices, tax compliance documents (negative tax certificates), and other documentation, meeting requirements established by management contracts and legislation (including Public Procurement Law No. 14.133/21). * **Banking Processing:** Supervise the preparation and submission of banking information, including correct generation and upload of **CNAB** files and management of *Internet Banking* platforms. * **Control and Posting:** Ensure supervision of payment execution and timely posting in the ERP system, matching fiscal documents with payment receipts. * **Manage Pending Issues and Negotiations:** Handle pending issues and coordinate strategic negotiations with suppliers to optimize payment terms and conditions when necessary and authorized. * **Policy Development:** Lead the development, implementation, and review of policies, workflows, and internal controls within Treasury and Accounts Payable, focusing on *compliance* and audit readiness. * **Team Supervision:** Supervise and train analysts and assistants, promoting professional development and a culture of excellence and compliance. * **Closing and Reporting:** Coordinate monthly financial data closing and preliminary reconciliation for integration with Accounting, and promptly respond to internal and external audit requests. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * **Proficiency in ERP systems** and experience managing high volumes of Accounts Payable.
