




Technical Support Analyst Position **Description:** We are looking for a professional to work as a Technical Support Analyst on our team, assisting in handling and resolving users' technical issues. Responsibilities: * Provide user support via phone, chat, or in person to resolve technical issues * Identify and diagnose failures in systems and equipment * Perform installation and configuration of software and hardware * Document procedures and solutions to assist users * Participate in projects related to the technical support area Requirements: * Technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields * Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems * Previous experience in user support * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team and proactively solve problems * Knowledge of computer networks is desirable
