About the Opportunity We are seeking an Operational Analyst to join our team and provide support for the operational demands of our investment advisors (AAIs). The candidate will be responsible for supporting internal processes at XP Investimentos and other partners, ensuring speed, accuracy, and alignment with JB3 quality standards. Requirements* ANCORD certification * Higher education completed or in progress (Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields); * Intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Good communication skills, proactivity, and organization; Differentiators (you will stand out in the selection process if you have):* Experience in the financial market * Knowledge of Power BI and Python Responsibilities* Provide operational support to the assigned advisory team; * Assist in executing internal processes at XP and partner institutions, such as account openings, transfers, document submissions, among others; * Monitor and manage outstanding operational issues; * Support resolving inquiries and issues with internal departments and partner platforms; * Ensure updates and proper communication of operational workflows and procedures; * Suggest continuous improvements to departmental processes.
