A retail building materials merchant seeks an Endomarketing Analyst in São José (Kobrasol). Cassol Centerlar is a chain of stores specializing in construction and decoration materials. With multiple units, it offers a wide range of products to meet its customers' needs. **Responsibilities:** Design and implement internal campaigns and actions that strengthen employee engagement and organizational climate. Produce content for communication channels (e\-mail, bulletin boards, intranet, newsletters, internal social networks, etc.). Support events, commemorative dates, and initiatives that reinforce company culture and values. Collaborate with various departments, connecting people and fostering a sense of belonging. Monitor results and propose new ideas to make communication more approachable and effective. Previous experience as an Internal Communications Specialist, Endomarketing Coordinator, Human Resources Analyst, or Organizational Culture Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
