Work Location: Rua Sebastião Furtado Pereira, No. 60, 10th floor – Tower II – Barreiros, São José – SC, 88117-400 Employment Type: CLT Work Modality: On-site Responsibilities: * Proactively and responsively recruit healthcare professionals to build and expand the accredited network, aligned with operational demands; * Lead the accreditation and onboarding process, including document review, validation of technical requirements, and alignment with internal criteria; * Conduct mandatory document checklists (certifications, registrations, contracts, etc.), maintaining organized and up-to-date records; * Verify participation in and completion of mandatory training, where applicable, ensuring professionals are qualified to perform their duties; * Serve as the primary point of contact for professionals throughout the onboarding process, delivering a smooth, clear, and effective experience; * Ensure accredited professionals meet all requirements prior to approval for inclusion in the service scheduling roster; * Monitor document expiration dates and support re-accreditation or registration updates; * Support de-accreditation management by handling administrative procedures, notifying impacted departments, and ensuring decision traceability and provider history documentation; * Maintain and update control systems and spreadsheets, ensuring traceability, governance, and compliance throughout the accreditation process; * Support scheduling, commercial, quality, or operations teams whenever technical, documentary, or status-related information about a professional is required; * Identify opportunities to improve the accreditation process, proposing adjustments to enhance efficiency, predictability, and network experience. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
