Sales | Business Attendant III
**The mission**
Your primary mission will be to develop merchants and maximize the performance of partner stores through commercial actions, training, and performance analysis. You will operate autonomously, with strategic vision and strong influence, serving as a technical and behavioral reference for the team.
**Responsibilities and duties** **Your challenge will be**
* Support merchants on a daily basis by delivering training, alignment sessions, and guidance to improve results.
* Analyze store performance (targets, conversion, productivity) and propose continuous improvement actions.
* Conduct training on the card and associated products, preparing store teams for better performance.
* Monitor store KPIs, identifying opportunities and risks.
* Plan and execute commercial actions, campaigns, and specific initiatives to increase conversion.
**Important information**
This position is for work within the ECONÔMICA and SUPERMERCADO PIRES retail networks.
Our **salary** ranges from R$ 2,165.72 + variable compensation based on activation of new accounts and insurance sales. For those who love challenges, the sky’s the limit.
**Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:48 p.m.**

* Experience in sales and customer service;
* Strong communication skills;
* Completed high school;
* Proficiency in mobile typing and ability to use digital communication channels;
