Located in Palhoça, in the Pedra Branca neighborhood, the company stands out for its innovation, quality, and commitment to its customers and employees. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers, seeking optimal price, delivery time, and payment terms; * Issue and process purchase orders in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy; * Perform follow-up with suppliers, monitoring delivery deadlines and ensuring compliance with agreed terms; * Monitor inventory levels, identifying replenishment needs and preventing material shortages; * Support warehouse control and internal logistics flow; * Maintain updated supplier, material, and purchasing-related records; * Verify invoices, bills, and documents related to procurement processes; * Assist in technical analysis of materials and services, especially those related to civil construction and production processes; * Support control of material inflows and outflows; * Interface with internal departments to align requirements and priorities; * Continuously seek improvements in logistics and supply chain processes. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Experience in this role; * Proactive profile focused on meeting requirements; * Organized and detail-oriented; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Knowledge of purchasing, inventory, and logistics routines; * ERP system and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred. **What We Offer:** * Medical assistance (Unimed); * Dental assistance; * Basic food basket; * Partnerships and commercial discounts; * Free parking; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance (R$ 600.00); * Transportation allowance. **On-site work in Palhoça/SC.** Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$2.600,00 per month Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience with purchasing routines, quotations, and supplier negotiations? * Have you worked with inventory control, order tracking, or ERP systems? * How do you organize your tasks and priorities when handling multiple simultaneous requests?
