Job Summary: The Training Assistant supports the organization and execution of training programs, from scheduling and preparing materials to supporting instructors and tracking outcomes, ensuring efficiency. Ensures all stages of training are conducted efficiently The Training Assistant is responsible for supporting the organization and execution of the company's training programs, including scheduling training sessions, preparing materials, managing attendance, and providing support to instructors and employees. They also assist with communication, information recording, and outcome tracking, ensuring all training stages are carried out efficiently and systematically. **Requirements:** * Driver's License Category B. * Availability for travel. * Preferred: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (preferably in Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, on-site. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary. * Enhanced meal allowance. * Health insurance (after probation period). * Dental insurance (after probation period). * SESC membership. * Partnerships with educational institutions.
