Work with Oracle/SQL and MongoDB databases ### **Join South System and take off!** We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to board our spaceship and, together, drive people and businesses forward through innovation. #### **Senior Java Developer** #### **Location: Remote** **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and implement Backend applications using Java with SpringBoot * Manage and orchestrate containers with Kubernetes, ensuring service scalability and efficiency. * Work with Oracle/SQL and MongoDB databases, performing data modeling and query optimization. * Implement code quality practices using Sonar, promoting continuous improvement of development processes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and propose innovative solutions. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid knowledge of AWS * Proven experience in Java development and associated frameworks. * Knowledge of container orchestration with Kubernetes. * Experience with Oracle/SQL and MongoDB databases, including query optimization skills. * Experience in performance optimization and analysis using tools such as Grafana, JMeter, K6, or SonarQube, applying monitoring, metrics, load testing, and static code analysis to ensure stability, efficiency, and high performance in distributed systems. * Proven experience with Apache Kafka, including event publishing, consumption, and processing in distributed environments, with direct involvement in solutions handling large volumes of data (high message throughput, high concurrency, or high throughput). * Knowledge of code analysis tools such as Sonar. * Ability to work collaboratively and strong communication skills. **Desirable Requirements:** * Participation in large-scale projects involving system integration. * Experience in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban. * Contributions to improving development processes and DevOps practices. **Benefits that make a difference:** * Courses and certifications on **Udemy**, selected and curated by the Business Partner team with guidance and support. * **Remote work benefit** to make your daily routine more comfortable. * **Financial education** to support your economic well-being. * **Flash Card.** Interested in this opportunity?
