We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our Technology team and ensure quality assurance for a rapidly growing SaaS platform, guaranteeing high reliability, scalability, and security in environments handling large volumes of data and integrations. We seek a professional with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving orientation, exceptional attention to detail, systemic vision, and customer-impact focus. You will be responsible for defining testing strategies, implementing test automation, establishing robust QA processes, and collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and SRE teams. Responsibilities Define and execute end-to-end (functional and non-functional) testing strategies aligned with the product roadmap. Plan and implement test automation (API, UI, regression, and E2E) within CI/CD pipelines. Develop test cases, scenarios, and clear, structured, traceable documentation. Validate functional and technical requirements in collaboration with Product and Development teams. Conduct performance, security, and load testing to ensure stability at scale. Perform detailed defect investigations/analyses, supporting teams in identifying root causes. Continuously monitor software quality in production, proposing improvements and preventing incidents. Act as a guardian of QA best practices, promoting standards and contributing to the evolution of quality processes. Requirements Solid experience with test automation using tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or equivalents. Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and automation via Postman, Newman, or similar frameworks. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or another programming language suited for automation. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and collaborative version control. Experience with performance, load, and stress testing (e.g., JMeter, k6, or similar). Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases for data validation and troubleshooting. Knowledge of security concepts, authentication, authorization, and LGPD compliance. Prior experience in SaaS, cloud, and microservices environments. Nice-to-have (not mandatory, but advantageous if you have): Experience with observability tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog, Grafana, Kibana). Knowledge of data pipeline–focused testing.
