Event Coordinator

Description

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the efficient execution of corporate events, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include: Planning, organizing, and overseeing all event stages, from conception through closure. Coordinating event logistics, including venue, equipment, catering, transportation, accommodation, and security. Managing suppliers, partners, and operational teams involved in setup, execution, and teardown. Conducting site technical visits and operational alignment at event locations. Developing timelines, checklists, and execution plans. Controlling budgets, obtaining quotations, and negotiating with suppliers. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. On-site event supervision, ensuring all deliverables are executed as planned. Promptly and effectively resolving unforeseen issues. Preparing post-event reports, evaluating outcomes, and proposing improvements. Maintaining consistent communication with clients, partners, and internal teams. Requirements: **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Events Management, Public Relations, or related fields. **Experience:** Prior experience in organizing, producing, or supervising corporate events. **Technical knowledge:** Logistics management for events. Team and supplier management. Budget control and negotiation. Microsoft Office suite and project management tools. Familiarity with event management platforms and tools is desirable. **Desired competencies:** Organization and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
