Take a look **Work Model:** **First 3 months:** Hybrid \| 2 days per week; **After 3 months:** 100% remote; Salary Range From R$ 6\.706,00 to R$ 9\.466,00; What tasks will you perform? Analyze development requests received from the Product area; Propose a technical solution for the received request; Code and submit the code to the server; Write scripts for database updates; Write automated tests; Ensure development aligns with test cases; Perform code reviews; Merge source code; Execute the process of generating code artifacts; Deliver the coded version for testing. What do you need to work with us? Proficiency in software development best practices and Clean Code; Understanding of business rules to independently execute development requests; Commitment to product stability and technical efficiency; Ability to identify, understand, and describe a task; Ability to independently resolve technical issues; Drive continuous improvement of operational workflows and resolve bottlenecks. **Education:** Systems Development, Information Technology Management, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields — or equivalent professional experience. **Specific Knowledge:** Source code versioning processes; Development languages: \- Java \- JavaScript \- React; Mobile development; programming logic; Databases; PostgreSQL; test automation tools and techniques; Software development tools.
