Perform pre\-preparation and preparation of dishes according to the established menu. Control food quality and hygiene throughout the entire process. Maintain kitchen and equipment organization and cleanliness. Previous experience as Chef de Cozinha, Kitchen Assistant, Production Cook, or Industrial Cook may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
