Keylead is supporting a Civil Construction company in its search for a Civil Engineer! * ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client operates in the fields of civil engineering design and construction, delivering comprehensive solutions for residential and commercial projects. Our goal is to deliver projects efficiently and safely, meeting each client’s specific needs. * WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE? * Work Mode: On-site in Florianópolis * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Employment Type: PJ (Individual Contractor) * REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS (HARD SKILLS): * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with active CREA registration. * Basic knowledge of construction execution and planning concepts. * Proficiency in basic tools (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite). * Preferred: Practical construction site experience (including internships). * REQUIRED BEHAVIORAL TRAITS (SOFT SKILLS): * Proactivity and initiative; * Willingness to learn; * Respect and collaboration; * Persistence; * Commitment; * Honesty. * PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS TO STAND OUT: * Experience in residential and commercial construction projects. * Ability to quickly absorb new knowledge. * Alignment with long-term growth within the company. * RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: **Your mission within the company includes:** * Monitoring and managing civil construction projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance. * Preparing progress measurements, reports, and tracking schedules. * Coordinating on-site teams and suppliers. * Ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety protocols. * Supporting resolution of practical issues arising daily on-site. * Participating in meetings with clients and technical teams. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree **Driver's License Requirement:** Category B
