Maintain organization and cleanliness of the premises Responsible for supervising and ensuring smooth operations during your shift. This includes managing the team, ensuring service and food quality, handling customer service issues, and maintaining organization and cleanliness of the premises. * Cash register opening and closing: Perform cash register opening and closing procedures, reconcile cash, and ensure cash security. * Sales and profitability control: Monitor shift sales, analyze results, and seek ways to improve profitability. * Food safety: Ensure all food safety standards are followed during food preparation and handling. * Team management: Lead and motivate the team during your shift, assign tasks, ensure all members fulfill their responsibilities, and provide feedback and support.
