Responsibilities: Plan work schedules, assign stations, and train staff according to established service standards. Know the full menu and ingredients thoroughly to sell confidently. Receive and attend to guest and customer requests attentively, efficiently, and personally, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards while prioritizing overall satisfaction. Inspect dishes and ensure compliance. Perform wine service. Education: Completed high school (college degree or qualifications in the field preferred). Experience: Prior experience as Front-of-House Supervisor or Senior Waiter in a high-end à la carte restaurant required. Preferred Qualifications: English proficiency, personal vehicle.
