Through dedicated service, we consistently identify the best housing options, ensuring a simple, secure, and worry-free process while delivering a personalized experience for each client. As an Administrative Assistant (Rental), your responsibilities will include: Supporting real estate property sourcers; Registering properties in the system; In-person and telephone support for property owners; Assisting the administrative department with documentation and lease contract preparation; Managing property key control; Removing properties from listings per internal guidelines or advertisement deactivation; Monitoring property advertisements across online portals and the company website, flagging necessary adjustments and improvements. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience in real estate agencies; Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Calendar, Gmail, Drive); CRM knowledge; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective information management; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Preferably residing in the southern part of the island. **Position Details:** **Work Format:** 100% in-person at Campeche, Florianópolis – SC **Compensation:** Fixed salary **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM) **Benefits:** Health insurance; Life insurance; Transportation/commuting allowance (no payroll deduction); Meal/food allowance via IFOOD Benefits card; Ifood Club – discount coupons for delivery apps; Quarterly performance-based bonuses; Birthday leave day; VCuida – Psychological, legal, financial, and social support program; Education incentive policy; Wellhub (formerly Gympass); Culture supporting personal and professional development; Training programs and participation in events.
