Our Information Technology team’s core principle is focusing on our internal customers, delivering practical, reliable, innovative, and strategically aligned solutions in synergy with ESSS’s corporate strategy. **Responsibilities:** Deliver internal solutions to improve operational processes and system integration, develop reports and dashboards, validate and analyze data, and understand business processes and rules—including the following activities: * Create effective reports and dashboards to provide business insights for management decision-making. * Use Business Intelligence platforms—such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar—to present information clearly and concisely. * Verify data integrity and quality, identify inconsistencies, and ensure data reliability and accuracy. * Collaborate with business teams to understand underlying business rules and processes related to analyzed data; translate these rules into data analysis requirements. * Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and relevant insights supporting strategic decision-making. * Communicate analysis results effectively using the above-mentioned tools to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and operational teams. Required Qualifications: * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Solid knowledge of SQL and data structures for querying and manipulating data; * Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar; * Experience in software development and programming logic; * Advanced English proficiency. Desirable Qualifications: * Experience with CRM and ERP systems; * Familiarity with business rules and enterprise process concepts; * Experience applying object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts to develop data analysis solutions; * Knowledge of Salesforce.
