We are looking for a **Data Analyst** to transform data into strategic insights, supporting decision-making and continuous improvement of our processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and enjoys working with data in a structured way. **Responsibilities** * Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data; * Create dashboards and management reports; * Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement; * Support internal departments with data-driven analyses; * Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity; * Automate reports and analytical processes where possible. **✅ Requirements** * Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience in data analysis; * Knowledge of SQL; * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; * Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar); * Strong analytical skills and good communication; * Availability to work on a 12h x 36h schedule; * **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of Python; * Experience with relational and non-relational databases; * Experience with statistical models or machine learning.
